Shipping Policy All orders will be sent within 5-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) once order is paid in full. Special occasion orders may take longer. If you need an order rushed please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We ship only on Mondays during the summer months. Princess Winnie's Collection will not be responsible for a returned package due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to double check your address before submitting your order. If a product suddenly becomes out of stock we will contact you immediately.
Cancellations All sales are final. NO cancellations.
Damaged Goods/Returns Damaged items or shortages must be reported within 3 days of product receipt. Returns must be sent back in the original box and packaging. Failure to do so will make returns ineligible for refund. Replacement products will be in the same scent & color as original order. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
